Visual Command Center Security Operator Training (1 day)

This course provides security operators and analysts with the knowledge they need to perform daily security operations with Visual Command Center including handling alerts, assessing potential threats, and acting to mitigate risk. Through demonstrations and hands-on practice, students will learn to use Visual Command Center in a series of realistic scenarios, including threats from severe weather, natural disasters, civil unrest, and more.

Professional Certification Maintenance

ASIS Certified Protection Professionals (CPPs) and Physical Security Professionals (PSPs) are expected to earn continuing professional education (CPE) credits for participation in this training. Click here to read more about this certification.

DRI International Certified Business Continuity Professionals (CBCP), Certified Risk Management Professionals (CRMP) are expected to earn DRI continuing education activity points (CEAP) for participation in this training. Click here to read more about this certification.

Visual Command Center Administrator Training (3 days)

This course prepares administrators, managers, or senior security operators to use Visual Command Center in daily operations, and to perform administrative tasks like managing access to sensitive information, and adding new data sources to the application. On day one, students will learn to use Visual Command Center in realistic threat scenarios to handle alerts, assess potential risk, and act to mitigate risk. Days two and three cover configuration and adding new data to Visual Command Center. Day three also includes practice in managing security roles and granting users appropriate levels of access to sensitive data.

Technical skills required: Administrative training students will find it helpful to be familiar with XML, SQL Server, and SharePoint.
