Visual Fusion web-based apps work well even when the
Internet is not an option.
Offline scenarios
such as secure networks, occasional connectivity, and disaster backup all fall
within the capabilities of Visual Fusion. All the benefits of a web-based system
can be retained without a dependence on the Internet.
Visual Fusion can be easily configured to use internal sources for
map tiles, place find, and geocoders‚if those services are
necessary. Microsoft's Virtual Earth
Server is also a great complementary product for providing
Bing Maps even when the Internet is not an option.
